The Power of Scent Should Not Be Under-Estimated!

Evidence suggests that aromatherapy is a well-founded science and one in need of even deeper investigation.

Scents can have positive effects on mood, stress reduction, sleep enhancement, self-confidence, and physical and cognitive performance. By becoming more aware of the way specific odors affect you, you may be able to enhance your health and well-being.

Cedarwood
Eases emotional upset caused by feelings of apprehension, loneliness or rejection.
Chamomile
Soothing, relieves stress, calms irritation, calms without depressing, acts as antidepressant, reduces headaches, sedating, long standing medicinal tradition for over 2,000 years for all states of tension such as nervousness and sleeplessness, promotes sleep, relaxation and meditation, calms cranky children!
Cinnamon
